a good haven
spacious room comfortable bed deep bathtub
our executive room was spacious, offering a comfortable bed. daily cleaning kept the room fresh and cute.. the bathroom included a deep bathtub where i enjoyed relaxing soaks. i found the location peaceful, a perfect escape after busy days.
i noticed the absence of air conditioning, made the room quite warm. A small fan was available, but better climate control would significantly improve comfort.

I stayed in a double room. The room included tea and coffee facilities with biscuits. The staff provided adapters for electrical outlets without charge. I appreciated the complimentary umbrellas available for guest use.
The shower pressure was noticeably low.

I found breakfast ample. There was a choice of both cooked and continental options. But the english breakfast had an extra fee, i think. The coffee was delicious, so was the tea.

The location is excellent, it is on a quiet street near Bloomsbury. I walked easily to many central sites. The british museum is just around the corner. Holborn underground station is also a short walk away.

early morning noise outside deliveries
I did find it handy that I could store my bags prior to check-in.
My room faced some sort of service area. Staff were making noise early each morning. I also heard deliveries happening right outside my window, annoying.

The location was ideal, close to many attractions. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the QUIET atmosphere at night. The staff offered prompt and helpful service.

fruit selection lovely staff
I noticed the staff was very lovely. They handled my requests quickly. The continental breakfast included nice options. I especially like the fresh fruit selection.
